Code Support and Maintenance for the ICC Public Website

Scope of Work Summary

Services to be delivered;

The services include management of code on dev and test for the public website including applications setup, deployment of latest copy of public website from prod env, user setup and code testing.

Deployment of Public Website;

The latest copy of SharePoint content database is restored to the dev and test environment. ICC will back up the content database from prod environment and will provide the content database backup file via FTP server/ or DVD to restore on new dev and test environments. In addition, any custom solution deployment files for public website will also be provided to deploy on dev and test environment. Vendor has to ensure the successful restore of SharePoint content database and deployment of solution files without any errors.

After the deployment, a sanity check and components basic testing should be done to make sure that all the services are up and running as expected.

Applications setup;

The below applications/ software should be installed on the server running SharePoint 2013 server:

1. Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2015 or above
2. SharePoint Designer 2013 or above
3. SoapUI-5.1.3 or above
4. Any additional application/ software as require in future for development and testing related to public website

The Microsoft Visual Studio should have the latest projects/ code setup for the custom solutions developed for the public website. The projects/ code will be provided by ICC.
