Provision of Security Services for UNOCHA Premises in Amman, Jordan

The United Nations Office at Geneva, on behalf of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA), is looking to establish a contract with a service provider for security services for OCHA offices in Amman, Jordan. The service provider would provide trained and licensed security personnel to patrol the entire OCHA premise in Amman on a 24 hour/7 days' basis with 8-hour shifts. All personnel, consisting of supervisor and security guards, must satisfy the following requirements: - Capability to operate CCTV, X-Ray machine and fire extinguishers; - A full set of uniform and identification badge with names of the service provider and the employee; - A clean criminal record and positive vetting by the Jordanian police; - All mandatory insurance including medical coverage; - Experience in security-training to use detection equipment; - Ability to speak, read, write and understand English and Arabic.
