Provision of Impact Assesstments Surveys Services

The Research and Impact Assessment Division (RIA) within the Strategy and Knowledge Department (SKD) at IFAD, provides technical support to the Programming and Management Department (PMD) to mainstream impact assessments into IFAD-supported projects, and build government capacity for impact assessments and evidence-based policy making.

As part of the Tenth Replenishment of IFAD resources, IFAD will continue to be committed to conduct rigorous impact assessments with ex-ante and ex-post evaluation designs. Therefore, 15-20% of projects within the portfolio are being selected for impact assessments using quasi-experimental or experimental designs.

Objectives of the RFP:
the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for Impact Assessment Survey Services in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Nepal, Vietnam, Malawi, Madagascar, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan, Morocco, Tunisia, Ghana and Sao Tome and Principe under a Long Term Agreement (LTA) on the basis of “if and when required”.
