The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: development of communications materials (graphic, multimedia, etc) for World No Tobacco Day 2018 (WNTD18).

WHO requires the successful bidder, the Contractor, to:

  • Provide creative support for a “global” advocacy and communications strategy showing the cardiovascular-related harms associated with tobacco. This includes the development of a slogan, key overarching messaging and campaign visuals.
  • Propose and develop a digital toolkit containing graphic and multimedia materials for web, television and social media use in the 6 official WHO languages. This will include development of the look and feel and specific digital products
