Provision of the Mobile Telecommunication Services to UNOCA, Libreville, Gabon

The Global Service Centre (GSC) on behalf of the United Nations Reginal Office for Central Africa (UNOCA) based in Libreville, Gabon, wishes to establish a Long-Term Contract for the Provision of Mobile Telecommunication Services to UNOCA, Libreville, Gabon. The contract will be for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to extend for two (2) periods of one (1) year each, subject to the satisfactory performance of the contractor. The provider shall be capable of delivering Mobile Telephone Services and delivery of SIM cards with various defined categories of services. The required service would form an integral part of the communications infrastructure that provide critical support to the UNOCA missions' operational requirements within Central African region.
