Landline telephone service for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP)

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide landline telephone service for its Regional Office for North America (RONA) located in Washington DC. The requirement shall include but shall not be limited to the following: VOIP based telephony service line; All aspects of the services, including ordering and commissioning connections for about 50 DIDs (Direct Inward Dials), and 3 analog lines; International calls to any destination without restriction (telephone connection from RONA to all countries and vice-versa should be available at any time), but limiting the use of outbound long distance calls with pass codes 1. Interested vendors must complete and submit page 3 of this document by accessing the link provided in the distribution email or by returning it via email with the EOI number in the subject to hockett@un.org 2. At this stage, please do not submit any additional information and no questions will be answered. 3. NOTE : Your response must be submitted no later than 17:00 hours Eastern Time (US) on the stated deadline date Vendors are requested to indicate their UNGM registration number in the below Vendor Response Form if already registered as a vendor with the UN; if not already registered, companies may still respond to the EOI but must complete the registration process on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) identifying 'UN Secretariat' as a selected agency (http://www.ungm.org). UNPD reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
