Description
The United Nations (UN) is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors for the construction of three hundred thirty five (335) boundary pillars along the Cameroon-Nigeria land boundary line at locations identified and agreed upon by the Parties to the Cameroon-Nigeria Mixed Commission (CNMC). Construction works will be carried out in twelve (12) different sectors under one lot identified as "LOT 4B". The twelve (12) sectors are grouped into three (3) unique sub-lots depending on geographical proximity, namely: Lot 4B-1, Lot 4B-2, and Lot 4B-3. The total number of 335 boundary pillars to be constructed shall include 53 primary boundary pillars and 282 secondary pillars. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that the services are timely and efficiently delivered. The works shall be carried out within an estimated four (4) month period. This requirement may be split by sectors. The detailed scope of requirements including the technical specifcations will be provided within the UN's Request for Proposal (RFP). No further detail can be made available prior to the issuance of the RFP.
