The technical proposal should be submitted on or before 31 August 2017 (Jerusalem Time).

The technical proposal should be submitted by the applicant in order to be considered for evaluation. Late and/or incomplete submissions will be rejected.

Documents comprising the Technical Proposals

Interested individual consultant must submit the following documents/information, which comprises the Technical Proposals:

1. Provide personal CV including all qualifications and past experience in similar projects;

2. Submit at least two (2) up-to-date recommendation letters.

3. Explain why you are the most suitable for the work;

4. Provide a brief methodology on how you will approach and conduct the work

5. Submit sample report/project document or relevant deliverables.

Financial Proposals will be requested only from the technically-responsive applicants, at a later stage, after evaluation of the applications. (Financial Proposals will only be obtained from the applicants whose technical proposal attain the required minimum score)
