On 13th September, 2017:

  • Question and answer (Q&A) document is published in the "document" section, dated 13/09/2017
  • Updated documents for the following annexes have been posted in the "document section". 
    •  Section IX.6_Technical Information Form 
    • Section IX.7 – Product and Price Form 
    • ANNEX_X.IV_ Past Procurement Statistic 
  • The  above  previous  annexes  have  been  deleted  from  the  UNGM.  The  new  updated forms must be used when preparing the bids

On 4th September, 2017:

  • The bid deadline is extended to 16th October, 2017 at 3PM Copenhagen time.

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), an international development agency, is seeking qualified  offers  for  the  supply  and  provision  of  pharmaceuticals,  medical  devices  and  kits (including  kits  assembly,  warehousing  and  distribution)  for  its  programmes  and  third  party clients worldwide. 

Result  of  the  bidding  will  be  used  to  establish  3-year  long  term  agreements  between  the successful suppliers and UNFPA with the possibility of a 1-year extension subject to satisfactory performance and price competitiveness. 

 Questions  relating  to  the  tender  process  and/or  to  the  attached  documents  shall  be  sent latest no later than 25th August, 2017 at 15:00 Copenhagen time in writing to the following UNFPA personnel:
