PRE-BID CONFERENCE COMBINED PHARMACEUTICALS AND MEDICAL DEVICES

Following UNFPA’s pre-bid notice for a combined bid of Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and Kits (UNFPA/DNK/ITB/17/017 - https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/57575) we would like to inform all interested suppliers that the pre-bid conference will take place on:

THURSDAY 6TH JULY, 2017 AT 11:00 AM COPENHAGEN TIME

The conference will be held on-line and there is no possibility to attend the session in-person; all interested suppliers must join remotely. Instructions to join the pre-bid conference are available in the Documents section.

In order to participate in this pre-bid conference we kindly ask you to register through the following link by Friday 30th June, 2017.

In the pre-bid conference the following aspects will be covered:

• UNFPA and UNFPA’s procurement process
• Bid strategy; including rationale, past procurement volumes and challenges
• Bid Categories; including categories and subcategories of items, quality requirements and target suppliers
• Kit concept, including kitting and warehousing concepts
• Evaluation and award criteria
• Timelines

If there is any other specific question that you would like to be answered in the pre-bid conference please indicate it during your registration to the conference.

The session will be recorded and, together with the presentations, made available at a later stage to all interested suppliers – both to suppliers participating in the conference and to other interested suppliers that are not able to participate on the selected date/time.
