Description
Construction of 5 Provincial Literacy Centres (PLC) and 26 District Literacy Centres (DLC) in Badakhsahan,Bamyan,Daikundy,Ghor,Samangan and Wardak Provinces of Afghanistan under the framework of ‘Enhancement of Literacy in Afghanistan (ELA) and includes the provision of basic services (electricity, water facilities, curtains, carpeting and toilets) for the Centres.
