Description

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation on the provision of ECOS (Electronic Court System) Interpretation Development. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

 

ECOS is a software solution (one overall Court Management System [CMS] - Judicial Enterprise Resource Planning [ERP] system), integrated with some core applications, which will support the Court practice and enable more timely information for automation of organizational judicial functions and contribute to the case and management, decision tracking and information dissemination. A Request for Proposal, which seeks for the consultancy service to undertake the tasks related to further development of this software, is scheduled to be sent out in August 2009.
