The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) hereby invites you to submit a bid to this Invitation to Bid ITB # PRO/SF/BID 17-04 for products for PAHO Member States. PAHO is the Regional Office of the Americas of the World Health Organization, and the products or services purchased under this ITB will be used for technical cooperation in the health programs of certain countries.

Your bid, comprised of a Technical Offer and Financial Offer should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, Instructions to Bidders.

Your bid should be received by PAHO no later than 5:30 p.m. local time through PAHO’s electronic tendering system, In-Tend, on 31 March 2017. If your company does not intend to submit a bid, PAHO would appreciate knowing why you would not like to participate.
