Supply & delivery of various office items to UNAMA (EOI/15/17/WH)

UNAMA is seeking for potential qualified vendors to express their interest for the Supply and delivery of various office items to UNAMA Afghanistan. This is one time requirement. The items will include but not limited to paper shredder, hand dryer, soap dispenser, screen protection, wall clock, air cleaner, humidifier, digital projector, camera, etc. 1. Delivery terms and place of delivery: DAP (INCOTERMS 2010 refers), UNAMA, UNOCA Compound, Jalalabad Road, Industrial Area, District #9, Kabul, Afghanistan. 2. Quantity: No commitment at this stage for quantity i.e. entirely subject to UNAMA operations. Note: Please provide detailed information showing your interest for these requirements. This notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors later.
