New clarification added: Q1: Is this project open to foreign (non-Serbian) producers? A1: Yes, it is opened to the foreign producers.Q2: As we assume that the 'regular' filming and aerial filming will be done by our two-headed crew, we don't feel the need to list things seperately. Would it be OK to offer our team for 30 days, which includes both 'regular' filming and aerial filming? A2: The filming will be organised in the timespan from 1 April to 30 September 2017 and not consecutively. Offers should include both regular and aerial filming.Q3. For the interviews: should we assume that all interviewees speak English? If not, how many days do you envisage that we'd be recording interviews? And would a project employee of UNOPS be around in order to asisst in translations? A3: All interviews will be conducted in Serbian like stated in the ToR and subtitled in English. Interviews such as statements from the beneficiaries will be recorded during each day of regular filming. UNOPS will not provide translation services.Q4. We'd envisage to capture all filming in one round of 30 days or two times 15 days. Would this be possible in your expectations? As mentioned above, the filming will be organised in the timespan from 1 April to 30 September 2017 and not consecutively.A4: As stated in the ToR, the dates for the visits to sites for the purpose of filming will be coordinated and agreed with the Programme Communications Manager.Q5. In which languague(s) would you want to see the produced videos? As stated in the ToR, the film(s) must be in Serbian language, while the version with subtitles in English will also be prepared by Contractor.A5: The translation of full script and the subtitling will be provided by the Contractor, while the Programme will review and approve the translated script.Q6. We read that this is a max $50.000 project. Previously we had a similar project with UNOPS with under the same conditions, which excluded travel expenses. Can you tell us how we should approach quoting this project?A6: As stated in the ToR, The Programme will not cover transportation, accommodation, food or any other expenses of the company which might occur during provision of the services, in addition to what has been defined in this document as “Filming and submission of raw footage” and “Production of short films”.
