Electronic Ballot Boxes (47,000) for IHEC-Iraq (IHEC Tender No. 4/I/P/2016)

1.0 The Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) is an independent institution in the Republic of Iraq which is responsible for organizing electoral processes and events for Iraqi citizens. The United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) provides advice, technical support and assistance to the IHEC pursuant to UN Security Council Resolution 2299. IHEC is currently preparing to conduct upcoming electoral events. In order to accomplish this process, IHEC invites all international qualified companies to express their interest for the manufacturing, packing, batching and transporting of Forty Seven Thousand (47,000) electronic ballot boxes for counting and sorting (Results Acceleration Device) in accordance with international commercial standards of DDP INCOTERMS 2010. 2.0 This international public tender announcement of IHEC will be on two levels. First Level: Interested companies are requested to submit technical bids only (without prices) on the basis of the technical specifications prepared by the IHEC. Bids will be evaluated by the IHEC based on the eligibility criteria (technical, financial, similar works of the bidder). Second Level: Submission of commercial offer based on an invitation from IHEC to succesful bidders in the first level and according to the final technical specifications to be determined by IHEC according to the first level. 3.0 All further details are available in the tender documentation, available on request directly to IHEC.
