International Consultant - Quality Testing and Assessment of LED Lighting Products (1-160906)

UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified International Consultant on Technical Support to Quality Testing and Assessment of LED Lighting Products (ITS-1 Dien Quang).

The objective of this consultancy assignment is the provision of technical services (technical assistance, guidance and advice) to Dien Quang Company on the:

• Quality controlling, testing and assessing of LED lighting products for indoor lighting including (i) LED Bulbs; (ii) LED Tubes; (iii) (LED Down-lights; and (iv) LED Panels according to the local and international standards;
• Development of methods and company-level standards for controlling, testing and assessing of the input materials, components, etc., for manufacturing these LED lamps;
• Capacity building for the Dien Quang’s engineers and technicians in controlling, testing and assessing of the quality of these LED lamps.

The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
