The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP), Bangkok, Thailand, is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide maintenance services of the existing CCTV and access control systems at the ESCAP compound, Bangkok, Thailand. The contract shall have a duration of one (1) year, with four (4) extension option of one (1) year each. Brief statement of works: Preventive Maintenance Services: 1) The proposed maintenance program, which shall be scheduled on semi-annual basis. 2) The preventive maintenance service shall include inspection, testing, adjusting, cleaning, calibrating and other necessary maintenance tasks of all equipment of the CCTV and access control system of UN so that they will be in safe and efficient operation. 3) Submit the operational reports on the service work and activities carried out. 4) Conduct semi-annual site meeting with the designated UN supervisor. Emergency Repair Services: 1) Provide emergency service call or troubleshooting of the systems’ equipment and machines as required should a problem arises. 2) Submit the operational reports on the service work and activities carried out. 3) In case of critical failures, the Contractor shall perform emergency repair services around the clock after received approval from UNESCAP. In case of non-critical failures, the contractor shall submit a writing detail of all repairing tasks, including spare parts replacements, with pricing element to UNESCAP for approval prior to commence the services. 4) Submit the operational reports on the service work and activities carried out.
