Provision of Mobile telephone services to the UNMICT Arusha Branch

1. The United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals (UNMICT) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for Request for Proposals (RFPs) it intends to issue for the Provision of Mobile telephone services and Black Berry Services to the UNMICT Arusha, Republic of Tanzania. 2. The UNMICT requires a qualified contrator duly licensed to operate network services in Tanzania. 3.Licensed companies interested in providing the above requirements are invited to submit their responses to this EOI using the attached response form, along with the following documents: a) Company’s full profile with all details (address, contact person, telephone/fax numbers, e-mail) b) Company’s UNGM registration number. Please note that if you have not registered with UNGM,kindly visit www.ungm.org and have your company registered. Its mandatory that you do register your company before issuing your company with tender documents. c) Proof/evidence of simillar recent works undertaken by the Company. d) Commercial Licenses and permits of approval to provide these services in Tanzania. 4. Please note, this is not an invitation for submission of proposals. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested in participating in the solicitation when issued. 5.The UNMICT will examine the outcome of this request for EOI and will consider those companies that have expressed their interest providing the required information as to their ability to fulfill UNMICT’s requirement. 6. UNMICT reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a reply to this REOI does not automatically guarantee your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. The tender and any subsequent commitment to contract will be issued in accordance with UN rules and regulations. 7.The expressions of interest (EOI) may be submitted by email, Fax, mail or courier clearly marked with the inscription “Expression of Interest – "Provision of Mobile phone services to the UNMICT- Arusha Branch" and sent to the following address to be received no later than 17H30 (Tanzania local time: GMT +3) on 14 June 2016. EOIs not addressing the above criteria to the satisfaction of UNMICT shall not be considered for the solicitation to bid, if and when issued.
