Description

UNICEF is seeking professional facilitation services with expertise in designing and delivering events during which people and/or organizations meet to present and exchange technical knowledge and/or develop collaborative processes. 

The scope of the contract is designing workshops’ flow, methodology and facilitation of workshops at various locations where UNICEF can provide administrative support, e.g. UNICEF Supply Division in Copenhagen, neat UNICEF regional offices in Nairobi, Dakar, Kathmandu, Bangkok, Amman, or near any other UNICEF country offices.

As a result of the tender process, UNICEF intends to establish a Long Term Arrangement for Services (LTAS) valid until the end of 2018 with possibility of extension for 1 year subject to satisfactory performance of the service provider.

THE BID SCHEDULE:

a) RFPS published: 18 March 2016;
b) Questions to be received by: cob 1 April  2016;
c) Closing date and time for submission of full proposal: 23:59 (Copenhagen time) on 12 April 2016;
d) Estimated date of signature of contract: beginning of May 2016.
