Quotations are to be submitted through UNDP eTendering online system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org), or via electronic submission (email) depending on “Allowable Manner of Submitting Proposals” indicated in the RFQ document, on or before Monday, 21 March 2016 at 5:00 pm New York Eastern Time noting the following Subject Reference:
