1. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) is looking for a qualified and experienced firm for the retrofit of floor slabs with fiber reinforced ploymers (FRP) at the United Nations House Facilities, Riad El-Solh Square in Beirut, Lebanon. The required services shall include, but not limited to: 1. Demolition and repair of interior finishes, topping slabs, mechanical, electrical and telecom systems. 2. Engineering support to show that the vendor's FRP materials comply with project strenghening requirements. 3. Installation of FRP polymer material to top side of floor slabs. The area of slab retrofit covers approximately 450 sqm. The implementation time is scheduled from November 2014 to February 2016. The contractor therefore shall have sufficient capacity to carry out the works within a tight time schedule.
