Public Procurement Expert (Consulting Services)

In the context of the Mid-Term Review of its Strategy 2020, ADB is committed to an extensive program of reforms to enhance the efficiency of its operations. The reform of ADB's consulting services rules and practices is thus engaged in that context, as much as in the broader framework of reforms in which other Multilateral Development Banks (MDB) are also engaged simultaneously. The Consulting Services Unit (CSU) of the Operations Support and Financial Management Department (OSFMD), the ADB department responsible for procurement matters, is seeking a consultant who will support its reform efforts. The initial assignment will be for 6 months of services over a 9 month period; this may be increased later subject to satisfactory performance. Services will be provided in Manila as well as from home office.
