Description

UNV is seeking a consultant /consultancy company to carry out the following: 

Design a corporate UNV Results-Based Management (RBM) framework and volunteer reporting mechanism (VRM). The specific objectives are:

1. To conduct a participatory UNV corporate RBM assessment focussing on institutional capacities and needs (systems, tools, products and processes) and recommending key RBM framework design elements and products

2. To design a corporate RBM framework document including modules on planning, monitoring and reporting as well as evaluation at corporate, programme and volunteer/ country levels. 

3. To design a results- based volunteer reporting mechanism and draft a respective business case.
