The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) intends to engage a qualified contractor to convert the unused common area on the 3rd floor of the United Nations Conference Centre (UNCC) into an office space. The works shall include: 1) Demolition works 2) Protection works 3) New furnishing: wall finishing, floor finishing, ceiling finishing and door schedule 4) Mechanical works 5) Electrical system 6) Sanitary works 7) Miscellaneous works: shop drawing, material and mock up, debris removal and final clean up All works are in relation to and shall be delivered to the United Nations Premises, Rajadamnern Nok Avuenue, Bangkok, Thailand.
