Public Broadcast Control Room and Broadcast Distribution Infrastructure for ICC
It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation on the provision of a Public Broadcast Control Room and Broadcast Distribution Infrastructure. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.
This document lists the requirements of the Audio Visual system for the International Criminal Court’s three courtrooms to be located at the new ICC building (Permanent Premises) which is currently under construction. It is designed to serve as a reference for any proposed modifications to the standard hardware or software solution and typically forms the basis of the agreement between the ICC and the suppliers regarding the contents of the product that is going to be implemented. It should, in so far as it is possible at this stage, accurately and completely represent the requirements.
In addition to the solution itself, ICC will require additional resources such as Professional Services, Training (technical and end-user), Support (on or after implementation) and so forth.
