The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites expression of interest (EOI) from qualified companies to establish a long term contract (2+1 years) for Provision of Fumigation and Pest Control Services at UNAMA Compounds in Kabul and Regional Offices in Afghanistan. The companies shall adequately suppress indoor and outdoor population of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, flies, stinging insects, moths, mosquitoes, or any other arthropod pests not specifically excluded from the contract. Services shall also include control of insects and fungi, which can cause damage to outdoor ornamentals, plants and turf. The companies are requested to name the applicable safety policies/ guidelines used by their company in above mentioned services. Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time. Details for the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents to the invited vendors.
