Design & Construction of Office Building Extnsion

The main outcome of this project consists of the construction of the NML Office Extension, which includes the consideration of the existing NML Office Building in terms of structural system, soil conditions and settlements, floor plan layout, fire separation, connection to the MEP services via the underground collector. Beside the extension of Office space (NML Office Extension) existing space within the NML Office Building will be converted from Office space into Training space. Benchmark and reference Object for the design, all works and materials has been the NML-Office Building.

The NML Office Extension serves the following functions:

• Training Space (NML Office Building)
• Conference Space / Auditorium (NML Office Building)
• Office Space for IAEA permanent staff (NML Office Extension)
• Office Space for IAEA guest staff (NML Office Extension)

Any interested party shall document that they are authorized to perform Construction work in accordance with Austrian Building Standards.
