Provision of Cloud Hosting Services for the Production, Development, and Training Instances of the National Health Management Information System

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to provide cloud hosting services for the production and development and training instances of the National Health Management Information System of Cambodia on DHIS2 platform for a period of two years..

The Department of Planning and Health Information with the support of WHO and other development partners is currently in the process of transitioning its national health management information system (HMIS) to the DHIS2 platform. This initiative is part of the wider digital health transformation plan of the Ministry of Health of Cambodia and a vendor has been contracted to support the development work relating to this transition.

The data capture forms are being developed on DHIS2 and needs to be tested and rolled out with training to all health facilities. For facilitate this rollout, the production, development and training instances of DHIS2 needs to be hosted on a reliable cloud hosting service.

The closing date of this RFP has been extended until 10 July 2025.
