Graphic signature tablets with software for forensic handwriting examination

UNODC ROCA hereby invites qualified vendors to submit their Expression of Interest for supply of Graphic signature tablets/pad with Software for forensic handwriting examination. Graphic Signature Tablets/Pad – Specialized devices that support graphical digital signatures, intended for signing procedural documents within law enforcement information systems, with the capture of biometric data, including: - Pen pressure, - Pen movement speed and acceleration, - Time, - Rhythm, - Pauses. Software – An API designed for integration of legally significant electronic signatures into existing information systems, while preserving the traditional handwritten signing method. The detailed specification and quantity will be provided to the companies which will be qualified for the RFQ to be followed right after this request for EOI. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. This is a request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Vendors interested on provision of the above goods must express their interest electronically through ungm.org (as per link on page 4). UNODC ROCA will examine this EOI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an expression of interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise. UNODC ROCA reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.
