Invitation to Prequalification - Project Support Service Provider

Dear Madam/Sir, The International Telecommunication Union intends to undertake a pre-qualification of Project Support Service Providers in anticipation of the forthcoming tendering process for the project support services for the new Varembé building project as part of the ITU Headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland. The following annexes form an integral part of this invitation for pre-qualification and are intended to facilitate the preparation and submission of responses: - Annex I: Instructions to Bidders - Annex II: Pre-qualification questionnaire - Annex III: Required certificates - Annex IV: Bidding company information form - Annex V: References for similar projects - Annex VI: Summary Scope of Services This pre-qualification phase is a formal procedure for the evaluation of companies. Only those deemed by ITU to meet the pre-established criteria for this invitation will be pre-qualified and able to participate in the tender. It is therefore mandatory to participate to this pre-qualification phase to have the possibility of participating to the tender. Companies interested in responding to this invitation must register as an ITU vendor on the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) platform (www.ungm.org). If your company is already registered on UNGM, please verify that all information (e-mail, contact person, etc.) is up to date. Pre-qualification responses, in the form of Annexes II to V, must be submitted no later than 15:00 hours (CET Time) on Friday 20 June 2025 using the ITU secure electronic tendering system, via the UNGM platform. ITU will evaluate the submissions and respond within an estimated period of 4 weeks to all companies which completed and submitted the required pre-qualification documents.
