New amendment added #2: The purpose of this Amendment is to amend the text of the point 2 of the previous Amendment as follows:2. This RFQ has been further amended in order to extend the deadline for quotation submission from 2025-05-26 untill 2025-06-10. All other requirements remain unchanged.

New amendment added #1: The RFQ is amended as follows:1. To reflect the changes, the document titled  Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms_Form D_Technical specifications for goods is hereby replaced with the document titled  Section_III_Returnable_Bidding_Forms_Form D_Technical specifications for goods Rev 1. dd. 29 May 2025, with changes highlighted in red.2. This RFQ has been further amended in order to extend the deadline for quotation submission from 2025-05-26 untill 2025-06-02. All other requirements remain unchanged.

New clarification added: Q5: To ensure submission of proper bids, would it be possible to extend the deadline for bid submission?   A5: The RFQ will be extended for extra 7 days from 03 June 2025 till 10 June 2025.

New clarification added: Q4: Reference is made to technical line #26 and 28 in the chapter B "Technical specifications" of the Lot 1 " Platelet Agitator Incubator" - please advise on how crucial such requirements are?  A4: Сompliance with DIN 12880:2007-05 and DIN EN 60529 is crucial for platelet agitator incubators, as it ensures accurate and stable temperature control (essential for platelet viability) and adequate protection against dust and moisture (important for safe and reliable use in clinical and laboratory settings).

New clarification added: Q3: Reference is made to technical line #13 in the chapter B "Technical specifications::" of the Lot 4 "Water bath, electrothermal" - please advise if LED display with 6 digits is acceptable?  A3: While the specification states 8-digit LCD or preferably LED display, we confirm that an LED display with 6 digits is acceptable, provided it ensures sufficient accuracy and visibility of the temperature.

New clarification added: Q2: Reference is made to technical line #4 in the chapter A "General description:" of the Lot 4 "Water bath, electrothermal" - please clarify if this configuration is designed to ensure segmented timing? Can we offer a standard model which equipped with just ONE built-in timer, and provide 2 additional independant timers?  A2: The requirement of three timers, working range not smaller than from 1 minute to 24 hours is specifically intended to ensure segmented and independent timing functionality. Therefore, a configuration with only one built-in timer and two additional external or independent timers is not acceptable. The unit must have three built-in timers integrated into the system.

New clarification added: Q1: Reference is made to technical line #30-31 in the chapter C "Power Supply" of the Lot 1 " Platelet Agitator Incubator" - the required power supply is listed as 110V, while for the other lots, it is specified as 110–220V. Could you please confirm whether it is acceptable to quote based on a 220V power supply?  A1: We confirm that a 220V power supply is acceptable for the Lot 1 – "Platelet Agitator Incubator".
