UN BUSINESS SEMINAR ON TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The United Nations Procurement Division, Global Procurement Support Section (PD/GPSS) in Entebbe, Uganda will be conducting a Virtual UN Business Seminar entitled “How to do business with the United Nations" on Tuesday, 17 June 2025. The UN Business Seminar will be focusing on Travel Management Services category. The UN Business Seminar to which all interested Travel Management Service vendors are encouraged to participate will provide an overview of how to do business with the United Nations, which includes the UN Procurement Principles, Travel Management Service requirements, Vendor Registration in the United Nations Global Marketplace and information relating to UN bidding process. For this UN Business Seminar, PD/GPSS invites vendors who specialize in Travel Management Services. Interested vendors are invited to express their interest in attending the UN Business Seminar using the registration form for participation which can be accessed using the following link: https://bit.ly/3RKpT7o The expression of interest must be made before 2 June 2025. To ensure maximum participation from the interested business community, after review of the interests, selected vendors will be contacted for participation in the UN Business Seminar. Disability-inclusive suppliers and Women- owned Enterprises are strongly encouraged to participate in the UN Business Seminar. Any request for clarification must be sent via email to: dos-gpss-businesseminar@un.org. Participation is free to all vendors. The UN reserves the right to send invitation for the Business Seminar only to those prospective Vendors that are deemed to have qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission. Thus, submitting Expression of Interest (EOI) does not automatically guarantee invitation and participation in the planned Business Seminar.
