BACKGROUND: 

The UN SDG Action Campaign is a special initiative of the UN Secretary-General, hosted by UNDP, aimed at mobilizing and accelerating action towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through its flagship programme, the UN SDG Action Awards, the Campaign celebrates changemakers who use creativity and innovation to drive transformative change.

The 2025 edition will take place in Rome, Italy, with a week-long programme including an induction workshop for finalists and a high-level awards ceremony. The event is expected to host international guests, reach global audiences through live broadcasting, and promote inclusive, sustainable, and high-impact storytelling around the SDGs.

The UN SDG Action Campaign is seeking a supplier to provide integrated services, including accommodation, airport transfers, catering, venue rental, and technical support—for the implementation of the 2025 UN SDG Action Awards.

1.    OBJECTIVE: To contract a single supplier capable of delivering integrated logistics services, including accommodation, transfers, catering, venue, and technical support, for the successful organization of the UN SDG Action Awards 2025, taking place from 25 to 30 October in Rome, Italy. Services must be provided in or near the same location in Rome city center to ensure efficiency and a smooth participant experience.
