New clarification added: We would like to request a clarification on this tender. With regards to the category "E" of Expected Outcomes, entitled "E. Training and Certification Services," we would like to understand the request for "Certification processes for network members on meeting facilitation or presentation." Do you expect bidders to partner with certification bodies or is it more about establishing competencies for different RBM Partnership networks to use such as meeting facilitation and presentation skills?
