Description

The Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna is seeking Expressions of Interest from

qualified vendors to register for the tender for the provision of offsite media storage services.

This service is in support of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Information Technology Center in Vienna, Austria. United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Information Technology Service requires off-site storage for their approximately 240 LTO cartridges per year including existing 4500 LTO cartridges.

The contractor shall provide security storage space, personnel, equipment and resources necessary to transport the media from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime located at Wagramer Strasse 5, 1220 Vienna, Austria to their offsite location.

It is anticipated that this contract will commence on 1 July 2014 for a 3 year period with possible extensions of 1 or 2 years subject to satisfactory performance.
