Provision of Subscription Services of OCLC WorldCat Cataloguing, service and Membership in Unified Arab Catalogue (UAC) for the University of Mosul- Iraq

UNESCO invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the provision of subscription services for the University of Mosul. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is divided into three lots, allowing bidders to submit offers for one or more of the following:

1. Lot 1: Subscription to OCLC WorldCat Cataloguing Service (5-year subscription)
2. Lot 2: Membership Subscription to the Unified Arab Catalogue (UAC) for five years.

The following documents must be included in the submission:

• Annex III: Completed Submission Form (signed and dated)
• Annex I: Acceptance of UNESCO’s General Terms and Conditions
• Annex II: Annex II Returnable bidding ( Price Schedule)
• Valid Certificate of Business Registration
• Financial Statements for the last two (2) years
• Relevant licenses, certifications, or supporting documents demonstrating the bidder’s qualifications.
