New clarification added: Question: Could you please explain the difference between 0.11 Acknowledgement of the Addenda and 0.1 Quotation Submission Declaration (including amendments No. :) ?What we included in these forms?Answer: 0.1 Quotation Submission Declaration is one of the most important returnable schedules. It has to be correctly filled out, signed, and stamped by the bidder and submitted with their submission. 0.11 Acknowledgement of the Addenda is also one of the Returnable Schedules which has to be correctly filled out for any ( amendment/amendments ) received during the project advertisement, signed and stamped by the bidder, and submitted with their submission.

New clarification added: Q-1: Dear Sir/Madam,Please give me some information about the sections (1. All current contracts underway and 1. All contracts committed to start) of form (0.4 Capacity and Experience) how we fill it. Dose the meaning of All current contracts undeway) is the contracts are ongoing projects. And dose the meaning of (All contracts committed to start) Ans-1: Please list all contracts under implementation (ongoing) and also the newly awarded contracts (committed contracts) yet to be started.

New amendment added #1: The RFQ is amended as follows:Form RS 0.13, RS 0.14, RS 4.3 and RS 4.10 have been included under Formal and Eligibility Criteria on the Document " Revised Small Works Sections II, III, IV, V 56002".Placeholders have been aded under Checklist for the above mentioned forms.The pre-bid meeting minutes dated 12 Feb 2025 have been uploaded under the documents tab.
