New clarification added: just to add another comment to my previous crequest for clarification, if UNOPS decide to have the option to buy the Starlink Standard Enterprise kits, instead of Starlink Standard Actuated there is not need to buy the Starlink Long Wall Mounts, because the antenna have (included in the price) 3 different pdestal model to chose at PO signature phase.Additionally, Starlink Long Wall Mounts can be installed only to the HP antennas.However, a fine tuning of the necessary accessorries can be done at the finalization of the PO, in order to be sure to select the right pedestal supports for each specific site.Clarifications:We are buying the Starlink Standard Actuated model

New clarification added: The RFP requires the following kits:1 x Starlink High Performance20 x Starlink Standard Actuated however both models are considered obsolete and going to be end-of-life by Stalink (HP kit not available anymore, and Standard Actuated soon out of stock and replaced by new model ).Instead we propose to quote the most recent models for Enterprises, which have similar price but better technical performances:1 x Starlink Flat High Performance20 x Starlink Standard EnterpriseClarification:The following kits are already indicated on the published specifications1 x Starlink High Performance20 x Starlink Standard Actuated Please provide a quotation to the RFQ as is without changing specifications.

New clarification added: Request for clarificationKindly clarify if the scope of work include installation and configuration of the devices.Kindly clarify on priority package for HIGH priority starlink, is it 5TB or 6TB?Is there possibility of SLA for montlhy subcriptions?Clarification:The hardware kits must be delivered to the specified DAP locations listed in the RFQ. Installation at the sites is not required; however, the devices must be pre-configured before being sent to the field locations.As indicated in the RFQ, the monthly subscription for Juba HQ should be 6TB with high priority. For all other field locations, the subscription should be 1TB per month, also with high priority.The selected company will be issued a service contract for the hardware and monthly subscription
