New clarification added: Dears Sirs,Please clarify:What do you mean by stating “alongside the procurement of necessary hardware components”? Is the chosen supplier supposed to also provide the required hardware to run the system? When you ask if the suppliers have “Accessibility and availability of the services in the local market, do you have any authorised dealer/Preferred partner inside Albania”. Is that going to be a criterium for evaluating the proposals? If yes, what is its weight in the total evaluation? And is it mandatory to execute any part of the project onsite? If yes what would be the estimated percentage of the project to be executed onsite? Is there already any indicative budget for this project? Will you also require support for the CMS? And if yes for how long? It is not clear the length of the project. Where can we find the general and specific terms & conditions applied to this opportunity? What is the current solution from wich information will be migrated to the new Case Management System? What capabilities of data/information extraction the current technical solution has?Does UNPOS have full knowledge of the data/information that should be migrated, included its structure and model?Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your questions: Below are clarifications: Suppliers for the procurement of the necessary hardware will be chosen via open competitive bidding procedures, which will be posted on the UNGM.Org. This RFI serves for no selection of the suppliers at this point, rather it serves as a market research. UNOPS is trying to understand the synergies on the market between International and local resources. The RFI will not be evaluated with a weight system. It serves as Information gathering. Later on, after shaping the Terms of Reference based on market research, UNOPS will solicit the Tender for the Selection of the services itself. It is preferable to have an authorized dealer/partner inside Albania. The purpose being: Enhancement to the actual workflow, software modifications to meet functional and nonfunctional design, UAT some training will be executed onsite locally. We expect a dedicated development team will spend 50% of their time locally in Albania to suit the core software to the required needs.UNOPS as per its Procurement policies can not disclose the budget information. For UNOPS the support will be 1 year after software delivery and deployment to the customer. That's the timeline to include and estimate in this RFI.General terms and conditions are available on the UNOPS website. Here is the quick link: https://www.unops.org/business-opportunities/supplier-resource-centre#PopupLinkId_popupsgeneralconditionsofcontract The current CMS system is not fully functional, it is used to enter cases and distribute them automatically to respective prosecutors. The solution is based on Sharepoint. It has all capabilities for extracting data/information based on this solution. This information will be available after a full assessment will be done to the client. As mentioned at point 6 the system has just the case information and the assigned prosecutor. Prosecutions register about 50 000 - 60 000 cases per year and the current system was implemented in 2013.With thanks for cooperation, UNOPS Albania
