New clarification added: QUESTION:Refer to the piling size and quantity in group item No. 2.2.1 in the BOQ. There is also a Jack-in Pile (L=21m) of size 400mm x 400mm missing in drawing no. UNOPS-DD-CS-DG-1001. There are three group piles: P1 Group, size 400x400, depth 22.2 m; P2 Group, size 300x300, depth 22.2 m; and P3 Group, size 400x400, depth 17 m. Please clarify.ANSWER:The drawing No. UNOPS-DD-CS-DG-1001 shown plan of the jack-in pile. Detailed of the piles are shown in drawings No. UNOPS-DD-CS-DG-3004 and UNOPS-DD-CS-DG-3005. The boq no.2.2.1.1 has total number of piles 377 nos. Number of each pile P1, P2 & P3 can be found on the drawing no. UNOPS-DD-CS-DG-1001

New clarification added: QUESTION:We have downloaded the files you uploaded on eSourcing on December 5th, including the Pre-Bid Meeting minutes. In this document, in paragraph 3. Q&A Session, answer 8. you inform the bidders that the "BoQ will be revised and uploaded in eSourcing". We check the eSourcing platform regularly and notice that the revised BoQ has not been uploaded yet. Could you please inform us when you expect to share the new BoQ? Thank you.Considering that this document is crucial for bidders to prepare their offer and that there are only 7 days left before the deadline, are you considering extending the deadline again? Also considering that the end of year holidays are approaching, we would appreciate it if the submission date could be postponed to the first week of January.ANSWER: The revised BOQ has been uploaded on eSourcing. Due to the project's tight timeline, unfortunately, we are not able to extend the bid submission deadline any further.

New clarification added: QUESTION: What is the requirement to prevent the soil collapse, due to in the BoQ mention about the Secant pile 820 m2 but in the specification mention to sheet pile, the price is different.ANSWER: Pleae follow the description in the BoQ. The specifications will be updated accordignly.QUESTION: Can the bidder offer alternative with the Jack in pile instead of Secant pile or sheet pile, due to the Secant pile will take a lot of muddy soil coming out, make the site dirty and also has to waiting for 28days at least in order for Secant pile more high strength and for the sheet pile work if cannot hammer down as the project required because of soil condition underground, it will take times to install and removal.ANSWER: Bidders should follow the given specifications & drawings for pricing.QUESTION: There are no quantities for water stop in the underground water tank, please confirm?ANSWER: Please refer to the updated BOQ description No. 2.2.3.7 & 2.2.3.8. The specification has been updated.QUESTION: Could you please check the BoQ for Bill 4-EE IT _Electronic Security System (item 4.14.1 to 4.14.17) there are different from the drawing?ANSWER: The quatity for each of these items have been updated in the revised BoQ.QUESTION: Could you please confirm that in the BoQ is required for the Smoke dector only three sets?ANSWER: The smoke dectors, shown in the fire portection for the gas suppresion system, are only 5 units. However, the quantity of the smoke detectors should also count from the electrical drawings. The smoke detectors have 138, please check BOQ Bill 4 EE IT 4.13.8

New clarification added: Question: The Tender document requires the bidder to attached the material specification list in to submission or not? Please confirm?Answer: The specifications of the items proposed by bidders in their bids must meet or exceed the minimum requirements outlined in the bidding documents. The bidders are not required to submit material specifications along with their bid. However, all materials provided by the selected bidder will be subject to the engineer's approval during implementation.
