With reference to this  Local Request for Proposal for Services - LRPS-2024-9194051 - Oky PNG Radio Program Media Monitoring

We invite you to submit your proposals for this tender opportunity.

Kindly note that the deadline to submit proposals is Monday 18th November, 2024 (11.30pm PNG time).

Technical and financial should be submitted separately, E-mailed submission is accepted and requested. Please ensure that it is sent to a secure e-mail address accessible only by the designated staff for the receipt of bids or proposals which is png-bids@unicef.org

Your proposals should be emailed in 2 parts:

  • Your Technical proposal (please clearly state email subject name as indicated in LRPS-2024-9194051)
  • Your Financial proposal (please clearly state email subject as indicated in LRPS-2024-9194051)

UNICEF reserves the right to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the request for proposals stage and/or solicitation process.

UNICEF also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions when issuing the final contract documents.

Please make sure to fill Bid Form (pages no. 3-5) and send it with your proposal.
