UNDP Viet Nam is seeking A National consulting Firm to Conduct a Review of Best Practices in Mangrove Plantation, Rehabilitation, Operations and Maintenance Approaches; and develop the site-specific mangrove rehabilitation plans with site surveys, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and hydrology assessment, for "Viet Nam Climate-Smart Coastal Communities (VNCSCC)" project, as described in the attached documentation.

Assignment duration: 248 working days, from November 2024 - 31 December 2026.

Objective: To (i) Undertake a comprehensive review of global, Southeast Asia region and national best practices in mangrove plantation, rehabilitation, and O&M approaches; and (ii) Develop the site-specific mangrove rehabilitation plans with site surveys, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment and hydrology assessment in three project provinces.
