Description of the Assignment: National Consultant on video editing for a series on the employment of people with disabilities

!PLEASE NOTE: the currency of the proposal is UAH. Furthermore, UNDP will enter into a contract with the selected national consultant in UAH.

Main objectives of the assignment: to edit and finalize a series of three videos highlighting the employment challenges and successes of people with disabilities caused by the war in Ukraine.

Scope of work:

It is expected that in terms of implementation of the assignment, the Contractor will conduct the following activities:

a. Review the raw video footage provided by UNDP to gain an understanding of the content and objectives of each video.

b. Develop a detailed editing plan and timeline for completing the three videos.

c. Edit the videos to ensure they are concise, engaging, and aligned with the overall messaging and objectives of UNDP’s rehabilitation-focused project.

d. Incorporate appropriate graphics, subtitles, and music to enhance the narrative and visual appeal of the videos.

e. Collaborate with UNDP’s communication team to ensure the final edits meet the organization’s branding and communication standards.

f. Provide drafts of each video to UNDP for review and incorporate any feedback received.

g. Finalize the three videos and deliver them in the required formats for further distribution and promotion.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:

Any request for clarification not related to registration issues must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in Quantum. UNDP will respond in writing. 

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a proposal by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the announcement requirements.
