Suppliers must provide a short video/link recording illustrating the manufacturing capabilities, equipment and sites WHO team may visit suppliers who are in the same geographical proximity Prospective bidder requiring any more clarification may submit his questions via UNGM “Correspondence” tab no later than 30 August 2024, at 23:00 hours, Cairo Time. Submission Closing Date: Offers must be uploaded via UNGM, “Tender Documents” tab not later than 11 September 2024 at 23:00 hours, Cairo time. Incoterm:- • Delivery shall be within 60 days from the PO issuance: Longer delivery is subject to the competitive evaluation processes • Delivery incoterms should be with the capacity of installation if needed: - a. DAP-Gaza – with installation and commissioning. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: • The Technical proposal must be submitted using the technical proposal sheet (Annex 1) in addition to your endorsed company technical offer with further technical specs. 1. Offers not meeting the required specifications will not be considered. 2. Only complete offers that contain the detailed specifications and requirements will be considered. 3. Supplier should have the capacity for the delivery within the mentioned period in the ITB. 4. Validity period of the offer 6 months 5. Company profile including name of the company, its address, telephone and fax numbers, email address and details of contact person(s). 6. Delivery Time for indicated items should be clear. 7. Reference of recent similar purchased project/ items occurred by the company within the past 3 years. 8. WHO would not be liable to provide any customs / tax exemptions. 9. Signed/stamped offers on company letterhead will only be acceptable. 10. Any delay in delivery can cause cancellation of the purchase order with no commitment from WHO. • Financial Offers must be submitted in the attached (Annex 2) as an Excel sheet and in PDF format. 1. Supplier should submit the proposed design with complete solution. 2. Clear and independent quotation for each item, with clear mentioning of the cost of delivery, installation and any other related cost 3. Offers are accepted in US Dollars or any other UN converted currency. 4. Offers must comply with the requirements stated in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). All requirements should be completed as per the annexes. After having an active account, continue following the guidance, until you express your interest to this bid. Then, you will be transferred to WHO’s e-tendering system to be able to collect the bidding documents and access your tender opportunities. All offers should be submitted in UNGM website before the above-mentioned closing date and marked “ITB -2024/1501410-Modular prefabricated health facilities Click here to enter text..” SELECTION/REJECTION CRITERIA Technical Evaluation:- will be based on Pass or fail evaluation based on technical offer to include (not limited to):- • Item specification completed in PDF and excel • Packaging list • brand name, model • country of origin • Stock availability. • Catalogue and/or brochure. • Clear design with drawings • presentation and any other related details Financial evaluation:- will be based on the passed technically passed offer for the best: - • Price (to be in USD or any other accepted UN currency • Stock availability. • Earliest delivery time and cost as per one of the mentioned incoterm UN CODE OF CONDUCT: Confirmation of acceptance that your esteemed company accepts the terms mentioned in the attached UN Code of Conduct, must be received in the same letter containing your bid.
