Description
The WFP HQ in Rome seeks to purchase Capacity Building Services for its Investigation department.
The Office of Inspections and Investigations (OIGI), part of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG), WFP, supports WFP’s commitment to promoting an ethical, safe, and free-of-abuse working environment while maintaining a zero-tolerance for inaction principle for fraud, corruption, retaliation, sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), sexual harassment, and other forms of abusive conduct. OIGI assesses allegations of misconduct and wrongdoing and investigates them when warranted.
OIGI requires specialised support to strengthen its administrative investigation capacity. To this end, OIGI intends to obtain service providers who can help build capacity across a wide spectrum of administrative investigative topics in accordance with WFP norms and standards and the Charter of the Office of the Inspector General.
WFP invites eligible suppliers to express their interest in providing the requested services.
