INVITATION TO BID (ITB Procurement of 120000 Triple Blood Bags for Yemen) The World Health Organization Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for the Procurement of triple Blood Bags for Yemen, as per the attached specifications under (Annex 1). • QUERIES: A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on may submit his questions via UNGM “Correspondence” tab not later than 31 July 2024, 23:00 hours, Cairo/Egypt time. • CLOSING DATE: Offers must be uploaded via UNGM, “Tender Documents” tab not later than 7 August 2024] at [23:00] hours, Cairo/Egypt time. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:  The Technical and Financial proposal must be submitted in the attached (Annex 1) as an excel sheet and in PDF format. Bids with a different pricing format may be rejected.  Offers are accepted in US Dollars, or any other United Nations or any UN convertible currency will be acceptable.  Offers must comply with the requirements stated in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). Only complete offers that contain the detailed specifications and requirements will be considered. 3. FDA and/or CE certificate. 4. Delivery time for more than 16 weeks might not be considered. 5. Samples should be provided for the submitted offer. 6. Validity period of the offer, not less than 180 days. 7. The bidder should have at least 3 years of similar experience. 8. Evaluation criteria are based on technical compliant lowest offer and stock availability.
