Please note that we have revised the tender documents for this RFP, as we had to cancel LOT 2 and LOT 3 to Dubai, which will be re-tendered in due time. 

We have also made amendments in the LOT 1 documents, please make sure to pay attention to amended text highlighted in red, in the RFP invitation letter, submission forms, and the Annex A - Technical Specifications, and we have extended the deadline for LOT 1 until 07-08-24, at 10:00 Copenhagen Time. 

Please make sure to download the latest version of the revised documents, starting with "REV" and ending with "v2".

A clarification note on all questions posted by bidders has also been published.

UNFPA hereby solicit your best technical and financial offer for the supply of the following items, in the following LOTs:

LOT 1 - FIVE (5) BEmONC, and THREE (3) CEmONC, to be delivered to Al-Arish (for UNFPA Palestine)

LOT 2 – THREE (3) BEmONC static, TWO (2) CEmONC static, to be delivered to UNHRD Dubai

LOT 3 - THREE (3) BEmONC chassis based, ONE (1) CEmONC chassis based, to be delivered to UNHRD Dubai

Deadline for submission of bids is 31-07-24 16:00 Copenhagen Time.
