ITU is inviting potential suppliers to participate in this Request for Proposals for the provision of consultancy services for CRM Development. The Terms of Reference for the required services are attached below.

Please take special note of the following deadlines:

1) submission of the Ackowledge Form: on or before 9.10.2013 at 10h00 GMT

2) Submission of queries: on or before 16.10.2013 at 10h00 GMT

3) Submission of Proposals: on or before 25.10.2013 at 10h00 GMT
