Description
1. The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UNESCWA) is looking for a qualified and experienced firm for the provision of Ousourced End User IT Services at the United Nations House, Riad El-Solh Square in Beirut, Lebanon. The required services shall include, but not limited to, installation and replacement of PCs, computer accessories, IP Phones; installation, configuration and upgrade of desktop software; troubleshooting of Internet issues; connection to the Local Area Network (LAN); troubleshooting of pirnters issues. 2. The solicitation will be based on a detailed Scope of Work, UN General Conditions of contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNESCWA to all companies who express their interest and respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 3. Please note on the following: a) Application from companies from all countries are encouraged, particularly from developing countries and countries with economies in transition. b) This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The United Nations reserve the right to change or cancel these requirements at any time in the EOI and/or solicitation process. c) UNESCWA reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for tender document. d) Vendor Response Forms must be completed in full. The UN reserves the right to reject Expressions of Interest documents that are incomplete, or are received after the stated deadline.
